CDP Web Solutions: There’s More to Tampa than Just Sunny Skies

May 19, 2006 – It has been nearly 6 months since the Windsor based web development company CDP Web Solutions opened its new location in Tampa, Florida.

From literally day one, the Tampa location has been making its mark in the Sunny South. With this new location, CDP has expanded its services well beyond the traditional “Website Design” marker that many of its competitors offer. CDP Web Solutions has evolved into a 1 stop source for dozens of consultation, design and promotion services. From building cutting edge “Smart Sites”, to the development of custom software and Corporate Identity packages, the increase in growth only seemed natural.

Co-owner of CDP Web Solutions Joel Paterson recalls when CDP’s first location in Windsor opened just over three years ago. “We knew we were different coming in. I guess you could say, we had the best of both worlds to offer”, referring to his background in Design as well as his business partner, Gary Schatz’ solid foundation in Online Marketing. Paterson continued by explaining just what made this unique company quite so unique. “At the very beginning, making companies aware of the value of our services was somewhat of a struggle. In Windsor it has been more difficult to show value in our services, simply because the Windsor area lacked exposure to them. As we began to show our clients options beyond traditional advertising, and the financial returns that are possible through the use of the internet, combined with our creative marketing techniques, our client base has grown”. “Word of Mouth has quickly become our main source of advertising” Joel added.

With the location in Windsor, and now the location in Tampa in full swing, CDP continues to excel in the Internet Business industry, with clients in Ontario, the United States, even as far as the U.K. and India. “We’ve allowed ourselves to capture clients all over the world by simply expanding our services. As opposed to a business having to deal with one company for web design, another for web hosting and finally another for Marketing, CDP has been able to offer creative and effective solutions in all of these areas, under one umbrella” Paterson states.

The Tampa location will officially be opened six months in June. Derek Highley continues to head up the day to day operations at the Tampa location and is excited with the path the recently opened location has taken. The only question to ask now is. What next?

”I haven’t even had the chance to travel to the Tampa location since the opening in February.” states Paterson. “Even though here in Windsor, we get the snow and sub-zero temperatures, I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
